Post: multiman black screen? Black Ops/MW2 Back Up

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Sup guys, just jailbroke my ps3 with the new Waninkoko CFW, having some trouble though, Fifa 11 boots fine without any disc in the drive, but when i try to boot up call of duty black ops or MW2 it just freezes and im looking at a blank screen, can anyone tell me why this is happening or if there is a fix?

i got a black screen at black ops too.... mw2 is always balck screen Happy since 3.41

Ok. Dont get this wrong now, but lemme help your brain Happy. I assume you were on 3.41. For black ops you obviously needed a fix for 3.41. Now you are on 3.55 and try the game which worked on 3.41. Do you still need the fix for 3.41?


No. Just copy your game again but now without any fixed files, just the original.

Ok i've run into this problem with a game or two of my own, but managed to work out how to get them to work
~ Backup the game using multiMAN
~ Open Open Manager and load the game
~ Load the game from the xmb using the game disk
~ Important - must have a game disk in the drive, doesnt matter which 1 it is

Nope came straight from 3.55 OFW without any fix for Blackops on 3.41 :S, so I still dont understand while im getting the black screen?

if u used some ways to get the game one 3.41 DELETE these files and install the 1.05 patch... u need to uninstall the debug files!!! Smile

you wouldnt have a download link for Open Manager cant find one anywhere?

never mind did find a download link but because the Waninkoko CFW doesnt support installing .pkg (yet) i cant install it :cry:

The strange thing about that is that I updated my Multiman after changing to Waninkiki CFW, and that update was installed by selecting a .pkg file in the XMB and it installed without any error :S

So you updated through multiman? Where did it put the .pkg that it downloaded?
