would be good if we could get back online with our cfw ps3's.
so really just a spoof and updated to 3.65.

Not entirely.

For example you could have a douchebag friend playing on your CFW PS3 and tries to Update it because he wants to go online... this stops that from happening... which in-turn avoids blood being spilt. Winky Winky

The DNS bypass has not worked the last couple of updates.
