i assume that you have a backup manager....with the external hdd have you made sure it is fat32 and that you have put your games in a folder called GAMES (or GAMEZ) depending on what your multiman (or other backup manager) accepts

Moving to the Xbox Scene.
You need a multilayer disc with the backup on. if you're trying by files, it ain't gonna work.

How can you back up games and play them with Gaia manager v2.07? I don't know if I have KMEAW's cfw, if that's even needed. If I do need it will my ps3 brick or something bad happen if I put the KMEAW 3.55 update on my usb and update?

theres your problem....if you have multiman you will find that ntfs support only means that multiman will detect the ntfs drive, which doesnt allow you to play games off the external....there are two things you can do.

1. copy the games from external to internal and then play them.
or
2. format you external from ntfs to fat32 which allows you to play the games directly from the external. (formatting my cause you to lose your data though)

if you format to fat32 and make a folder called GAMES you should be able to play games directly off you external with a backup manager
