There is also a thread that just popped up under the main hacks and exploits section about a guy that managed to transfer trophies IT HOWEVER has NO PROOF yet just letting you know to keep a eye on I gotta lotta trophies to transfer as well mate...

Have you ever tried spoofing ur ps3 on 3.55 with 3.65 spoofer?

That wouldn't work, you can't go online with 3.55 or lower, so you couldn't sync the trophies.

if i upgrade from 3.55 to 3.66 (i wouldnt ust imagine) would it work right?

Yes, yes it would. I'm pretty sure trophies that you unlocked with the rebug option will not sync, just a heads up. Normally unlocking trophies and than updating, will be fine.
