I used Filezilla and Blackbox today and it worked fine. Make sure you update to latest version of filezilla, use blackbox since its the most stable on ps3. Make sure both pc and ps3 are both connected to same network. And if that doesnt work, maybe your security on your pc is blocking the transfer so try to disable it temporarily. Hope this works.

Just run multiman , and run your ftp program on your pc .. if u press i think its r1 to change the display, one of them shows the ip and the bottom to connect to, check your Multiman settings and see if it says FTP to start on startup.. its ON by default so im sure you have it..... im done answering, this should be your last questions lol

when you start multiman, by default the ftp program are running!!!

open multiman then go to your PC and conect see if that work.

and the lastest version of multiman is 2.03 i think or 2.3 or something with 2 and a 3

if your multiman is not running FTP then scroll with R1 or L1 to the XMB screen style and go all the left to the options....
there are an option to enable disable ftp program...

since multiman run FTP i delete blackbox XD...

He can't, his remaining file is 7GB and the file size limit for FAT32(the only file system that the PS3 reads) is 4GB, thus FTP transferring is necessary.

Overload your internet? FTP doesn't use internet, it's no different to transferring via a USB cable :p
