Ok let me stop you for a second..

First do not update I repeat do not update your 3.55.

If u want to put your patch of mw2 which is in your hard drive all you gotta do is a Data Transfer simple as that that will put the mw2 patch or "Mod" if you will. Into your other ps3.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask

There is a guide by sony on data transferring here You must login or register to view this content.

Put the patch on the 3.55 PS3 then follow the guide above to put it on the 3.70.

Thbx but with data transfer you mean with the ethernetcable i geuss? And i will not update my jb i was thinking about that maybe there was a new version of the 3.55 jb with new stuff to do but i have some things about the transfer do i need to make the patch in 1.12 or can i put it in an non updated mw2 and transfer it to my 3.70 that easy with non problem and what is the file name that need to be transfered? And about jailbreak what is more funny to do with it beside modding mw2 and playing free games is there something intrest?

Thnx for reply so fast greetz

Yes you use an ethernet cable, and you could use an older MW2 patch for example 1.11 and it would work if you bypassed the patch using whatever method.

The data transfer transfers all files so you don't need to know the filename for it it will just do it by itself.

Ok well first you data transfer by using a usb to usb cable just connecting the two ps3's and going to settings system settings and data transfer. Simple as that. Also you can play old game such as dream cast games on your ps3 but modding is was is mostly used. Unless your a dev. Smile

I'm 99.9% sure you can only transfer using an ethernet cable stare

Well, the ethernet cable is used for internet, but it works just by transferring data between router & computer. The same logic applies to how it transfers between 2 PS3s Smile
