Ps3 Break is an usb for firmware 3.41 You can copy games to your HDD but you can´t play online but instead of buying you should use a custom firmware which it makes the same but without have to connecting everytime you turn on your ps3

you can't get banned from PSN because you cant play online with a custom firmware or ps3break if you update your ps3 to play online then you cant use them anymore
