I then try to sign up for playstation network, but tells me that I need to update which ofcourse i dont want to do, so Im kinda puzzled as to why I cant make my account from my slim ps3 on this one.

Any ideas?

Yea but i dont want to sign in online, just create an account so that i have two accounts, one on my slim 3.70 ofw and one on 3.55, but am unable to creat an account until I update. Which I didnt think you had to do

Yeah bro, you need access to PSN to do that. If you install a 3.70 spoof, you can transfer from 3.70 OFW to 3.55 CFW however and then back again. That way you can have the same accounts & whatever else on both PS3s :bro:

I found a way to do it in the evening after posting this. All I did was just put a 3.70 spoof on my 3.55 and then created an account on it, without having to transfer from my 3.70ofw

But if im to transfer from my spoof 3.70 (3.55cfw) ps3 to my slim 3.70ofw, will it add the trophies I have gotten from the 3.55cfw to my original? And will it remove anything from my original 3.70ofw? as I have 90+ platinums on that

EDIT: Apparently it deletes everything from the destination ps3< so probs not best to do it, but I have another fat ps3 on 3.56. If i update it to 3.70ofw and transfer from 3.55cfw (3.70 spoof) to the newly updated ps3, will it add the trophies and enable me to sync?

Nope, trophies don't transfer. It gives you a warning about that each time you transfer. You can sync your legit 3.70 trophies w/ the server the prior to transferring as to not lose them

ya lol, i just got a 1st gen 60 gig on 3.55 and am transfering to my 3.55 to put some patches on .
