same ere fella, havent bothered with the scene since went stale, as i knw though there is no way to get on psn with cfw still, the E3 flasher thts coming out is supposed to be bringing tht back, u will need to solder if u have a fat ps3 console, but with slims they are bringing out a solderless version all in all bout 88$

I dont think E3 card reader will allow you online with 3.55CFW, all it will let you do is enable you to boot or load an external PS3 HDD using your USB input. Im pretty sure its not a dual boot device therefore its just like having two PS3s on different firmwares without the ability to even data transfer.

No online with CFW. But with E3 Flasher, it's easy switch between CFW and OFW. <5minutes

If you want to "mod" you're games and go online, data transfer from 3.70 OFW to 3.55 CFW. Then mod you're games and then after you're done with that data transfer from 3.55 to 3.70 and go online =D
