but i got a little problem, as you know if i do the data transfer it formats the ofw ps3, is there EASY way to do the data transfer but to not lose anything? you know, i got some accounts and i dont know the passwords of it , and I would like to keep them pls quick reply :-/

If you data transfer from your 3.55 system to your OFW system, all of your passwords and shit will be deleted. You can follow the actual process of doing a data transfer PROPERLY via Sony's website. You can deactivate the mani account, or some shit, but you have to reactivate it later when you're through. Google it. It will be in Sony's FAQ about data transfering. And just for the sole purpose of buying another PS3 to do 1337 CHALLEENNGGEE LOBBEEEHHH amazes me. It's not a 'Challenge Lobby' anymore, guy. It's a 'Modified Patch'.

you could try put everything through ftp onto the one your transferring from to save some time

spoof the jailbroken ps3 to 3.70 firmware, then transfer data from your ofw 3.70 to jailbroken one, put patches on and what not then transfer back.

and nothing of value was lost.

i dont buy a new one he just sends me for 1 day and then i upload the fthys v8 and asend him back

You should back up data on usb than data transfer. When your done just restore.

i have a ofw and a new cfw ps3

if i use the Data Transfer Utility

from ofw (source) to cfw (receiver), it doesn't delete or update the firmware on the cfw or?


the data (accounts, games, etc) will be transferred or?
because i only need to transfer my acc (from the ofw) to the cfw ps3... without losing the cfw...

that is an easy way... all you need to do is jailbreak the PS3 and then install a 3.70 spoof firmware.

1. First you must have 2 ps3.



2. One ps3 should be ofw 3.70



3. The other should be on ofw 3.55, then u can update to kmeaw 3.55 which you can google



4. Then, u should have version 3.70 spoofer on your cfw ps3 which u can find on rebug.me

--> The spoofer allows u to data transfer because both systems must have the same version in order to do so



5. Then, u just data transfer from the ofw ps3 to your cfw ps3

My ofw ps3 has a lot of data. When i do the described Data Transfer Utility, will the source system format and the receiver system too (after the transfer)? :O

If the receiver system (cfw ps3) will be formated, is the cfw function deleted? (-> new installation of cfw kmeaw ???)

I want to put my psn account from the ofw ps3 to the cfw ps3... but without losing the data from the source (ofw ps3) if this is possible?
