The flasher is a paid-for thing, you know that right? And yeah, once you do that, you can use the 3.7(2, I believe?) Spoofer, and your set to go.

Yes he will if you've seen the latest threads. Why do you think we've been talking about E3 Flasher?? btw just to let you know E3 Flasher is a downgrading USB thing. It stil works for 3.72 so it obviously should work for 3.66

Ill try to explain it better, if he is pre-installed with 3.66 THEN NO he will not be able to downgrade to 3.55 even if he updates to 3.72 he will only be able to downgrade to 3.66. You CANT downgrade a ps3 to a firmware lower then the pre-stock
