He needs a jailbroken ps3, put the patch on for mw2 delete the default mp.self in file manager and put a 1.11 patch on then data transfer to you.

what does deleting the default mp do

when you download the 1.12 update the defaultmp.self tells it that that's what it needs to be, (1.12)
deleting this allows a 1.11 patch and keeps you from having to use a patch blocker
also most 11th prestige patches need this deleted or it gives the disconnected for security reasons

Are you online or in splitscreen? You can only spawn 3 in split screen
