edit! ok so i just tried portal 2 also and the new batman got the same thing? i am using the real games... do i need to copy them to hdd and do something then.???

its becuz them games need to be played on 3.65+ firmware the spoofer dose not alow you to play them games you need to find a eboot fix if there out but i dont think they are tho m8

Nope. But you are in a good time now. Today there was announced jailbreak2 a dongle that will play 3.6x games. But we need validity first.
There is mayby also coming out a jfw cfw but that's less chance then jb2 for believing.
