(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); is it true that you can downgrade a ps3 that is on 3.56 to 3.55 via recovery menu?

Only if you have a flasher attached to your ps3. But the supposed upcoming CFW 'JFW DH' is meant to be released with a 3.56 version which you can install over your 3.56 OFW to get back your CFW goodness.
