ive got my e3 installed in my ps3 slim what im looking for is a tutorial on how to install 1.55 fw . And im also wondering what tools ill need please help

ive started the process already im waiting to get the power switch and esata station that came to me broke lol set me back a few weeks any one know were to find the install of the downgrade? video tutorial?
