It sometimes happens to me, try to wait a few then retry. If it still fails check the disk for scratches, or try a different manager.

Happened to me the first time as well, changed which version of Multiman I was using and switched from Rebug to Kmeaw and everything worked fine. Takes a shit load of space though.
