"downgrade dog" is just their poor English (it's made by Chinese ppl). Short answer: No you can't make one. Long answer: yea it is possible. But you would need advanced knowledge of ps3's, soldering skills, and computer chips/parts I'm pretty sure only E3 Tech makes. You are basically asking how to downgrade w/ a mod-chip w/ out actually owning it. Please use common sense. That's like asking how to download something without owning a hard drive! You need PHYSICAL access to the component.

Jailbreak for iphone is for lower firmware's i think.

3.50 was a long time ago, but i can use the ipod to make it go to service mode then downgrade i just need a usb and ipod to go off service mode

No you absolutely need the actual dongle, there won't be a rip or a null of this because it has its own boards and etc
