I would assume anyone who helps has a cfw ps3 but I would be willing to give any and unlimited lobbies to whoever helps

If its on 3.71 then you need an e3 flasher, not a usb stick and some files

you can not downgrade by usb stick the only way to do it is by a e3 flasher and you wud need to solder things to ps3 and that cost around $80 i think

assuming you think it can be done through a usb i suggest highly suggest you do not try to downgrade using hardware you will probably mess your ps3 up and be without one
