Simply.. 3.70.. No.
Blunt but simple.

If you want to downgrade, ull need to spend a go $80 on a e3 flasher.

The latest jailbreak is for firmware 3.55 or below.

1. They have 2 PS3s (one jailbroken and one updated to the latest firmware), and use the Data Transfer Utility feature to transfer the modded patch from the jailbroken PS3 to the updated one.

2. They may have also just jailbroken their one and only PS3, inserted the modded patch while it was jailbroken, then updated in order to host online.

you can downgrade your 3.70 if it was made before a certain time most can be downgraded but you have to spend around $80 for the things required

They do have a brick fix if you brick it but you must follow everything they said in case you do brick

spending 80$ to host isnt worth it.
