Not by just spoofing and bypass I tried with rebug yesterday, just get error.

As of right now, NO. The guys at CODENAME: Rebug state on each post for a Spoof that PSN access is not available. You can bypass the patch for 4.00 but you can't get online because they haven't link the two updates like they did with 3.72 and 3.73. So in short terms, you can't get online with a spoof, PERIOD. Anyone that has is probably and most definitely faking. And as long as you have two PS3's (one on OFW 4.00 and the other on 3.55) you'll be fine. Just data transfer back and forth.

It's worth spoofing if your going to data transfer. But you can't get online so...Maybe not. And SOny CAN and WILL come out with another Firmware update but Rebug has been on a rool with releasing spoofs so...eah
