I get the error 01000000 (TF initialize fail) this is because off the Samsung Nor correct? I've read somewhere that there's going to be an update for it, but i couldnt find any release date about it.

then only options are pushing hard, taping it down and using a cushion when you put it back together so it stays down. Also, i learned that if your orange cable is bent up, it could cause an issue, make sure no piece of hardware is causing an indent. i had to remove the screws, break a few pieces off and it worked for me.

I had the same problem and now i fix it i can backup in tf card and i checked file size etc. is good i have problem to update the e3 flasher via tf or usb and in the downgrading part the leds go with right way but nothing happens after it finishes im still in ofw 4.0.So my question is i need to buy a dongle cause i dont have or i can programming a dongle with a simple usb stick.Thnx in advance!

Yes you need a dongle. Get this You must login or register to view this content..
You'll also need the update for that dongle, which is on E3's site, but last I checked, they're site was down.
So just message me for the update file, I already have it.

But you can scratch that because yours is supported, I heard if you gt them errors it means the NOR clip isnt actually clipped on to the nor tight enough.
Make sure its clipped on tight then use some heat resistant tape and lay it over the clip so it doesnt move (I hear e3s clip is pretty crap)

ive got a cechj 40gb upgraded to 80 16mb nor fat ps3
can i use e3 flasher or is it only for slims ?

Here's the link You must login or register to view this content.. When you get your E3 card reader and plug it in to update it, you'll notice there are 2 devices. One RemovableDisk, and the other E3Upgrader. Drag the e3downgrade.bin file in to E3Upgrader, and you're set to go
You'll have to extract the .rar file you download, there will be 6 files in it, the only one you need is the e3downgrade.bin or you can just add me on Skype (itsvosss) and I'll send you just the e3downgrade.bin.

e3 flasher is for both slim and fat depending if your model is on the compatibility list.You must login or register to view this content.
Which shows your model is compatible with it.
