ha, that would be the thing, ive got 2 ps3, both on 3.72, so it would save me money on 3.55, but either way idk, im enough into it ill spend the money on it, plus i can just resell it when i dnt want it and get my money back

IF/when it does come out...it's just gonna make things more complex and more work updating and changing on us, the people with the 3.55/3.41's. I really don't wanna see it come out.

ya true, i didnt think to much about sony making it harder for people that are on 3.55/3.41, could alter change way data transfer works, or could do other things, but i dont think we will have to worry about mw3, i think they will ban/patch all hacks and hackers, ill keep my mods on mw2, thats where they belong, then again id like mw3 ones for the money and the fun of modding

Yeah, I talked to activision, and they said MW3 uses a similar ban system as Black Ops did.... Which is perma-ban, so that's good, in a way.
