It is for data transferring from a 3.55 cfw console to a 4.00 ofw console......it will only work right if the two consoles firmware match.

Yes spoofers allow you to data transfer from OFW to CFW provided the firmwares match, if your wondering what the point is its more for transferring account information, game saves, game pkgs back to your CFW so that when you do transfer back to OFW you dont have to reinstall everything again (plus some games above 3.55 dont have modified eboots which doesnt normally allow you to create a gamesave on your CFW, this opens up more abilities for gamesave/trophy hacking)

You dont need spoofers to transfer from CFW to OFW only the other way round (OFW to CFW)

Its works ,Spoofers are good to go ofw(4.00) to cfw(3.41,3.55).That way you got all your accounts and downloads.LOL it takes longer i notice like 15Mins to 20Mins depends how many patches and downloads you got.
