Really easy. Follow the steps and you will be on your way downgrading.

1.) Download the New update from e3-tech Website
2.) If you get e3 card reader. Put the update on a Micro sd card or just use a regular card reader.
3.) Plug it inside the tf card slot on the tf board.
4.) Let it do work. Then you are done!
