A developer who goes by the name upsilon has decided to share the v4.00 dev_flash dump with the community (see download link below). According to the information provided below, it appears upsilon is looking for someone to create an emulator that is compatible with this dev_flash dump. Not to mention, he is also looking for a way to reactivate the Factory/Service Mode for firmware v3.56 and higher.
