ok the thing is that one user post a theme here about getting pack files i follow the steps , my ps3 got on demonstration mode then i went to
security setting press L1-R1-SELECT-SQUARE
it unlock most of the options not all , now i can't use psn store and i got a option behind Network setting called Install Package Files
and that is what happen
and other thing it bypass the games patch auto with out a patch blocker

Okay, this is very poorly written but I will try and help you out.
If you are on 4.00, you can't install package files. It just is not possible. But since you are talking about a theme, it should be installed by putting the file under the directory PS3>THEMES on your usb. Plus the usb into your playstation, go to the theme menu and install the theme.

I don't know what you mean by "demonstration mode", but I assume that the "code" that you are talking about is the QA flag. Even in this mode, you cannot install package files.

It would be helpful if you could give more details such as who this "guy" is and the instructions he gave you and what the theme is.
