The same way you put homebrew on your ps3. You can get patches off the internet and use a USB to get the patch onto it

i installed it and when i try to start mw2 it says you need to update from 3.55 to 3.60 or higher can you help me?

Disconnect the ps3 from the Internet and it won't ask you to update
