Currently there is no custom firmware above 3.55 but there are solutions for a downgrade method meaning you can get from a higher firmware back to 3.55. Check this guide for help You must login or register to view this content.

That firmware is not an actual 3.56 its just a 3.55 firmware updated to 3.56 to get that you have to originally be on 3.55 cfw

ya elite is right, im pretty sure it was used so you can backup games signed on 3.56, besides that its pretty pointless
