Yes, I just did this yesterday. Well first things first, you have to have blackops backed up using mulitman (This is the reason you cant find GAMES>Bles>Ps3_Game etc).
Make sure you also overwrite the hacked Eboot.bin file. Once you back up the game (takes about 20 min) you just drag the files in the folder using blackb0x ftp or whatever you use. Now the only way the hacks will work is if you start the game via Multiman. You have to play the backedup version of blackops for the hacks to work. PM or quote if you need help.
