if i've understood correctly, yes you can install OFW + CFW for 3.66, if that's not what you were wondering, explain it a little more and i'll be glad to help,

im on firmware 4.00 and it says that 3.66 and later can only be installed so can yhu install firmware 3.66 on it since it says later than 3.66 like 3.72 ect

Well if it's telling you that 3.66 and later can be installed then grab the 366.PUP OFW and see if it will install. You don't have anything to lose so give it a try.
