I've heard that it can downgrade as long as the PS3 was produced with a FW under 3.56. I've also heard that it's fake. I just want to get some info from firsthand someone who knows about it.

right number 1 progskeet yes you install and make these work by soldering them and downgrading to 3.55 then you go back to 4.00ofw
