Post: xploder help, cannot get usb drive to be recognized

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I bought xploder a few weeks ago, and I am just getting around to trying it now. I have a ps3 gamesave on a usb drive, I open xploder and it says memory card not formatted. My usb is drive k, xploder only gives me options to format drive F,G,H, or I. Those drives are for a memory card reader. How do I get xploder to recognize my k drive? I am running Vista, and the USB drive is recognized just fine by the PC. Any ideas for me? Thanks in advance.

I noticed I have a UK version of xploder, even though I ordered it through the U.S. version of the site. Not sure if that has anything to do with the issue above? I have a NTSC PS3.

Region won't matter, it may be that you need to re-install that particular driver, try running a Disc Defrag on it. if that does not work, then try clicking "My Gamesaves" then "My Pictures" in the Xploder box, that usually resets the USB. If THAT does not work then buy a new USB or try plugging it into a different USB slot.
