The game is released today, IMO you'll won't have EU save till a week...
The solution is to use saves from You must login or register to view this content. with xploder. Use the trick to change region with xploder and.... Tadaaaa ! You got your save !

First, you request a save. There is a section in the forum for save request.
Then, there is a sticky topic in this forum named "You must login or register to view this content. where you can learn how to change region for your saves
