ok Turn off both ps3 plug in ethernet cable then turn ps3 on dont activate trophys or anything and turn off internet for both ps3 if this dont work restore 4.00 ofw ps3

Do a quick format I had the same prob. But if you do a format you will need to reinstall your comgeine'blackbox ect

worked for me also, had the same problem when 3.41 first come out.

i tried a quick format, that didnt work, then i tried a full format. that also didnt work so i tried swapping ends on the ethernet cable still didnt work. ive ran out of ideas

Are you getting a error code?
