I doubt you will find one for 60 or less. I bought mine for $96USD I went through Lightake.com waiting for it in the mail still. Ordered only a few days ago.

If you cant find any cheaper.. than I suggest you buy it with a friend or a few friends that way you can all use it and spread the cost between each other mate

Yes I did order express. Currently my order status says "Collecting Products - Processing"
So it hasn't shipped yet but its only been a few days since I ordered and I did order on the weekend so we'll see. I do hope it doesn't get held at customs like yours. That's a shitty position.
