No specific site is gonna sell PS3 Controller LED's. The one's you see people use are just generic LED's they buy
from a hardware store or something. You just have to find out the right size.

And as far as the PSP button question, no it is not possible. The PSP buttons are all one plastic piece, and they
are smaller than the dualshock buttons. So unfortunately, no, it is not possible.
