(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); how come we cannot down with a program or some type of software, instead we have to use things like an E3 flasher

Because of the HDD's encryption. Not fun decrypting that, and downgrading requires you to dump/patch your NOR flash memory. You can't just plug a 16MB NOR chip into a USB drive.
