you can try to find a brand new 120gb ps3, they are all on 3.20 OFW, but good luck finding one. I got mine in october and a few of my friends have tried since and have had no luck. Also Killzone bundle and blackops bundle ps3s are on low firmware.

Look locally on craigslist. Depends on how far you want to drive but at least you can verify everything before you buy it. Got my 40GB fat w/ HDMI cable, power cord, controller for 80 bucks already jailbroken and on 3.55 =) Just be on the lookout for good deals, there's ALWAYS someone hurting for money so lowball them. You never know they just may say yes.
