I'm pretty sure all the downgrades now-a-days require disassembly of your PS3 and in some cases soldering (except with E3 flasher which uses a ribbon cable).
Not as easy as the actual jailbreak my friend :/

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking for...probably where to buy one? Unfortunately I don't know but plenty of people on here do. What I do know is an E3 Flasher runs for about $90.
