What is the point of me jailbreaking my 4.10 PS3 if most stuff requires CFW 3.55?

You cant jailbreak your 4.10. only 3.55 thats why its required

Really? I guess I got confused... I found a website that showed me via youtube and a link that there was a "jailbreak" for 4.11. I thought CFW and Jailbreak were sort of 2 different things. I guess because I am using to Android devices, with rooting and CFW being two totally separate concepts...
EDIT:
Here is one link I found. Is this a scam or something else?

Yea if you google or youtube 4.10 jailbreak you'll get alot of fake download links that will either brick your ps3 or give you and endless list of surveys to complete.

You can ONLY Jailbreak 3.55, anything saying you can jailbreak anything higher then 3.55 is FAKE an mostly prob a virus in the download
