They all basically do the same thing although Rebug is much different to other CFW's. If youve never installed any before then i recommend starting on a stable mainstream firmware like waninikoko wutangrza or kmeaw

A noobs answer would be piracy, an NGU answer would be the install pkgs & peek & poke functions and running homebrew giving you the ability to install, access & see the majority of the files inside your console.

What is the cons on a jb?
You currently cant use it online, also alot of new games require that your on a firmware higher then 3.55 to play on CFW so your unable to copy them using 3.55 CFW. The only way around this is to modify a games file called the eboot into thinking you are.

Google is your friend but i will suggest PS3iso.com otherwise the most common form of game piracy for CFW users would be games from your local video store using a backup manager.

7]How do I install a CFW & download manager?
Once your on CFW a new option becames available called "install pkgs" allowing us to install homebrew (developers programs) then its as simple as downloading one onto the root of a USB stick & install via the install pkgs function.

8] Can I brick my system if my firmware is 4.1 and i try installing kmeaws 3.55-CFW?
No, your playstation wont allow you to install a firmware lower then the one your currently on, This was halted by Sony in version 3.56 & yes common bricks occur when people do not take the proper procedures when installing firmwares. For 3.55 kmeaw install official sony 3.55 firmware first, (im not sure if the next steps still necessary but) install Geohots jailbreak firmware then 3.55 kmeaw CFW.

Yes they must be unzipped & placed into the correct folders.
