I'm asking this because it seems the only way we could play DLCs on CFW for TB games (Deus Ex, Saints Row) is by having certain rif files you get after downloading it from the PSN store.

Basically what I'm asking is, is there any way to access these rif files on your consoles and then upload them online?

There is no way to access files on the PS3 from a OFW unless you have a 4.xx CFW. So you can't upload them online and file transfer to your CFW, because it must somehow go through the store again for re-activation.

Now this is just a guess:

Download the DLC on your OFW
change your CFW ps3 to 9.99 FW spoof and data transfer.
Use ReactPSN to activate them

I see, thanks for clearing that up. So one would need both a CFW and an OFW... Problem is I don't have an OFW >.< Anyone crazy enough to give this a go?

Nah, there is no way to install a file manager without cfw.

if you data transfer a 3.55 jailbreak with patches to a 4.11 ps3 then there are install pkg but you can't use them omg.

But generally what I'm trying to do is the other way round though (4.11 OFW to 3.55 spoofed)
