So DD is for one time use and to get to factory/service mode. Is there any way to by pass this? Also if there is not a way to downgrade without DD i will buy e3 card reader which can work as DD and its only $10 but takes a while 2 ship to Canada.

The dongle is mandatory to put your ps3 in "factory mode", and you cannot bypass fatory mode in the downgrade process

you could always use an android phone if its rooted or a psp running on cfw.....
