I used to host mw2 CL when the 3.55jb came out. i then unjailbroke the ps3 to go online and i could still host challenge lobbys untill IW released a new update. So yeah im wondering if i could do the same with this ps3 im going to buy. if i update it to 3.55, jailbreak it put a mw2 CL patch on it and then unjailbreak and still be able to host? somebody please clarify this.

If the ps3 that you buy has 3.55 firmware or lower so you can jailbreak it, you should be able to host infection lobbys i dont know if they have a challenge lobby infection but it should be easy to find out. also you could data transfer to your other ps3 if you didnt want to unjailbreak that ps3 hope this helped.

Yh you could do this. Although the challenge lobby's aren't really challenge lobbys anymore on MW2. You can put a patch on, that will give you certain mods, but there is no mod menu or ability to unlock challenges or prestige for any1 else but yourself, or give anything to any1 else other than infections. Check out some of the 1.13 patches out there b4 you bother doing all this. Might not be worth your while.

There is mod menus, there is Unlock all and Prestige infections . Not trying to flame just correcting
