Well in simplest form, your going to have to update to 3.41
Then update to 3.55 (using storage media for updates)
Jailbreak it (MANY tuts on youtube)
Then put on the CFW of your choice (preferably Kmeaws)

If I recall with CFWs like kmeaw you don't have jailbreak it. I'm pretty sure while installing the cfw it'll do it for you

I'm pretty sure that was the case a while ago. Now you can just install the cfw and it jailbreaks with that. At least that's what everything is implying. Why isn't there anymore tutorials about jailbreaking with the TI-84 now huh?
