No, the only way to host challenge lobbies online is to have a....
3.55/3.41 jailbroken ps3
transfer cable/ethenet cable
4.11 ps3/ whatever newest update is
Then data transfer from your 3.55/3.41 to your 4.11/newest firmware (only possible way so far)
