Why not just use Xploder?
There's no 'exploited trophy hacks' unless you're going to put in the effort to find the game you want to have the trophies and see if anyone modded the save data yet.

Example: Modern Warfare 2
I believe you can bypass to get the trophies by Unkn0wn's SVG editor on your own SVG.
