When i turned it on it says the firmware is corrupted and i need to upload firmware 4.11 or newer with a usb device, is their anyway to upload a old firmware version since the installed firware is courpted ???

yes just grab a usb drive make a folder called "PS3" in caps and then inside that make a folder called "UPDATE" in caps then drag your downloaded firmware onto there and then plug it into the ps3 and you'll be fine

The asshole who posted above me is giving you information that can possibly brick and make your console worse then it is. NO you cant install a lower firmware but by the sounds of it you can recover your PS3. On the root of your usb make a folder called PS3 inside that folder make another one called UPDATE and place the 4.11 Sony OFW update inside that folder. Place it in the left slot of your PS3 and press select and start simultaneously when prompted. If it doesnt prompt you then youll have to do it in recovery mode.
