I have signed my CFW PS3 to my PSN ( the xRegistry.sys ) but now do I just put the save onto my CFW PS3 via USB and thats it? Or do I need to do some HxD editing? I do not have exploder...And what can I do if it is a different region that what I am? Sorry if it is simple, I just cant understand the concept very well for some reason lol.

Depends on the game. Some games allow trophies some don't exploder definitely makes things easier. First you need to see if the game can even have hacked trophies. If not you need saves just before the completion of each individual trophy again may or may not work depending on the game then just do a data transfer and unlock trophy... Some games saves are not locked and you can use anyones save most are. And some games do require hex edits but typically those are only ones where the modification is done via the eboot few if any trophies are gotten through this method. There is a bit more too it im sure someone will fill in the rest though its 3:30 am and im tired.
