Post: New to the forums, needing some help and of course trophies!

I've been active on a few forums in the past and nothing would grind my gears more than new people coming into the forums and demanding something. Now, ... I know how they feel. I was very close to becoming a mod on the previous forum, so that shows how active I usually am on the forums. Anyways, I just discovered this forum and I love it! On topic: My girlfriend just bought a Playstation 3 and a bunch of us recently and I'm really wanting to get all the trophies for each game. I'm not looking to modify the Playstation 3 in anyway unless it can be undone or I understand what is going on exactly. About 6 years ago I was active on the 360 with Halo and Call of Duty, made the switch to PC Gaming in college (Which I'm still on PC mainly), but this Playstation 3 is beautiful and very addicting! I really do like the Playstation 3 more than the Xbox 360. It took some time getting used to but I'm glad I gave it a shot.
I've searched this forum and am very unfamiliar with this whole trophy glitching and guiding. Obviously, I want to glitch some of my trophies. It's not because I can't get them, it's because I don't have all the time to try to get them all. I enjoy playing games for the games, but also I noticed on most games if you completely them they don't give you that many trophies. I am a bit of a perfectionist so I plan on getting at least 50% on each game that I own or borrow.
Right now the games I have are:
Vanquish
Fear 3
Rayman Origins
Grand Theft Auto IV Episodes From Liberty City
Skylanders
Battlefield Bad Company 2
Disney Universe
DC Universe Online
Bioshock
Bioshock 2
Singularity
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3
Dark Souls
Atelier Totori: The Adventurer of Arland
Alice: Madness Returns
Ghost Recon Future Solider
Mirror's Edge
I'll do my best to search the forums but atm I can't seem to find a lot on these games.
Also could someone explain to me how to go about doing the trophy glitch?
I have a flash drive and awesome laptop.
I'm pretty tech savvy so I'm sure it won't be that difficult for me to catch on quickly.

You need xploder and a save which is at 100% or 98%
Edit the save and it gives you the trophies
Couple tuts on how to do this around the forum and this was posted in the wrong section. Xploder does nothing to change the PS3 CFW however does
